4 chicken thighs with the skin on
1 minced clove of garlic
3 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of Oyster Sauce or Hoison
2 tbsp of Honey
3 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of Chinese five spice powder
2 tsp gochugaru or cayenne powder
1 tsp of MSG (optional)
1 tsp of food red coloring (optional)
For Serving

Method
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix till thoroughly combined
If chicken has bone cut it out, then combine with marinade and set aside for 30 minutes
Air fry Chicken for around 15 minutes at 380, taking out half-way through to brush more marinade on if need
Take out and chop into bite-sized pieces and serve with rice and be proud of what you just did
