Fiery Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
For Chicken Marinade
2 chicken breasts sliced in half
3 tbsp of mayonnaise
3 tbsp of cajun powder
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of cayenne powder
1 tsp of black pepper
2 tbsp of neutral oil
1 tbsp of MSG
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste
For pasta
1 LB of pasta of choice (I used penne)
16 oz of cream
1 red bell pepper diced
1 head of garlic diced
1 medium-sized onion diced
A handful of grated mozzarella
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of cayenne powder
1 tsp of black pepper
Parmesan to taste
Salt to taste
Parsley for garnish
Green onions for garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to the marinade and marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Get a pan with neutral oil hot and sear the chicken for about 5-8 minutes till cooked through. Set aside and put tin foil over it.
In the same pan add the onions and pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes till nice and translucent
Add garlic to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds
Add cream and cook till thicken. Add spices and stir to combine. Then put sauce on low heat and throw in your mozzarella and stir to melt the cheese
Add pasta of choice and then stir to combine
Add your chicken to a plate with the pasta and green onions, parsley, and parmesan for garnish. Then go to town.
