Loaded Carne Asada Fries

Cook Time 45 minutes Feeds 3-4 People
Ingredients
Carne Asada
2 pounds of flank steak
Marinade
3 limes squeezed
1 orange squeezed
1 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup of soy sauce
A whole head of garlic
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1-3 tbsp of neutral oil (I used avocado)
Fries
(All of the seasonings are optional you can just use the fries out of the bag)
A bag of Frozen fries
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of pepper
1 tbsp of MSG
1 tsp of cayenne powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
Salt to taste
A handful of shredded cheese (I used cheddar, but you can use Monterey Jack or anything else)
Guacamole
3 avocados ripe
1/2 red onion diced
1 Roma tomatoes diced
2 tbsp of cilantro diced
1 jalapeno diced
1 lime juiced
Salt to taste
Pico de Gallo
1 white onion diced
1 jalapeno diced
1-2 limes juiced
About 4 tomatoes diced
2 tbsp of cilantro diced
White Sauce
4 oz sour cream
Lime squeezed
1 finely diced garlic clove
Water to thin it out
Method
Blend Carne Asada Marinade ingredients together
Pour over Beef and Marinate for at least 30 minutes or a couple of hours
While marinating, make your guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and White sauce
Sear the beef in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side on high. Or you can grill it as well. While the beef is cooking, air fry your fries according to the package directions
Rest Beef for 10 minutes, while the beef is resting add your finished fries into a bowl and add spices and mix it up
Add fries on an oven-safe plate, then add your cheese. Broil till cheese is melted. Then add the pico de Gallo, then the sliced carne asada on top all pretty, then a dollop of guacamole, and then add white sauce drizzle over top
